60 min Energetically Sequenced Yoga class to Embody and Empower (including breathwork and meditation)
2.5 Hour Guided Boob Hanging Macrame Workshop

Group Sauna and Cold Plunge experience at The Secret Sauna (3 x 15-20 min rounds of each)
